Empanelled Vendors for Event Management Services in CSOI

CSOI is pleased to announce the empanelment of two reputable Event Management Companies i.e. M/s Bougainvilla Design (P) Ltd and M/s Classic Caterers & Decorators to our esteemed club members for various events. These two agencies will offer a comprehensive range of services including supply of Tentage items, illumination, flower arrangements, Sound & Light and Photography at both locations of CSOI (Vinay Marg & K G Marg).

Tenure Membership of CSOI

1. It may please be noted that the Tenure membership is coterminous with the Central deputation/ superannuation whichever is earlier. Members are required to inform CSOI about their completion/ extension of Central Deputation Tenure.

2. E-mails were sent on October 15, 16, 17, 18 & November 03, 2023 to all the tenure members who have completed their Central deputation and to those who are about to complete their tenure in near future.

3. In the new Club Management Software, the date of completion of Central deputation tenure is provisioned and the system automatically de-activates the smart card. Thus the member will be debarred from using the facilities in CSOI.

4. The officers are once again requested to furnish their details regarding extension/ completion of Central deputation tenure to avoid any inconvenience while using the club facilities
