*No Booking will be entertained on Tuesdays (VM), Monday (KG Marg) and Holidays As per Holidays list in website.
* Booking of the Venue gets confirmed on payment of the rental Charges and final payment after function is over by members only.
* Full payment will be made on conclusion of the party by the member.
* Booking of the venue can be done within 3 months
* Function to be completed within the time slot given and exceeding more than 15 minutes will be charged double rental.
* Members are neither permitted to bring their own liquor and food nor allowed to take liquor & food out of the Institute.
* A member can book the party only in his name/member id. Sponsoring for relative / friend/ organization is NOT permitted in the institute

Party Cancellation Policy
-
Rs .500/- cancellation charges shall be deducted from the rental advance if the cancellation/rescheduling of any party venue is done before 15 days from booking of the venue.
-
50% cancellation charges shall be deducted from the rental advance if the cancellation/rescheduling of any party venue is done within 15 days prior to the booking of the venue.

Room Cancellation Policy
-
No cancellation charges will be deducted if room booking is cancelled before 7 days of the date of the booking.
-
20% of room charges as cancellation charges will be deducted if room booking is cancelled between 7 days but before 48 hours of the date of the booking of the room.
-
50% cancellation charges shall be deducted from the rental advance if room booking is cancelled/rescheduled within 48 hours of the booking date
